June First

Two step formula for handling stress:
1. Don't sweat the small stuff.
2. Remember that it's all small stuff.
~Anthony Robbins

Today I am grateful...
  • that Bunny and I watched "What the Bleep Do We Know?" yesterday as it was dark and rainy. Actually Bunny slept most of the time with his head on my shoulder.
  • that I have a slight understanding to what Sonny talks about, quantum physics, after seeing the movie. I want to watch it more for a better understanding of how we create our universe from our thoughts.
  • for clearer thought, and a clearer heart
  • that my sister landed the perfect job, after much patience, that will carry her to retirement. Plus it's on the river, where the Ohio meets the Tennessee. You can see the green of one and the brown of the other as they mix at the foot of Broadway. Also, that she is able to shop for a new horse for herself.
  • to meet with HCHD today about renewing my Gold health card
  • for my new practice of meditating on how my day will be

God does not ask your ability or your inability. He asks only your availability. ~Mary Kay Ash

sometimes, I love to sit in front of the tube or with a good book on those dark rainy days... especially if I have a furry lil lover to hang out with... isn't serenity and peace of mind just the best?

I need constant reminding of that two step formula.

It is so cozy to hang out with our companion friends and enjoy the little life. Bunny has a wonderful life and lots of love.
