Today I am grateful...
- for the permission to take it easy ('Easy Does It')
- that a head held high will improve your posture
- for keeping some free space in my mind so new things can have a place to rest
- that the human eye can behold millions of colors
- for the remembrance of yesterday, the luxury of today and the promise of tomorrow

I read the meditation this morning and it really hit home.... I need to slow down and go quietly, instead of like that bull in the china shop. Thanks for the reminder. : ) I needed the permission to take it easy : )

Since I woke up I have experienced this -- the results and benefits of slowing down. God's messengers are amazing -- and I needed to be reminded of this as I continue my day.
