IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

Pray not for lighter burdens but for stronger backs.--Theodore Roosevelt

Today I am grateful...
  • that yesterday is gone. And gone with it is that snippy, woke-up-on-the-wrong-side-of-the-bed attitude.
  • that I did not share what was in my mind, 'All your diseases are making me crazy and my disease is feeding on all that'
  • what I did do is repeatedly give thanks to HP for redirecting my thoughts
  • that I was willingly able to make an amends
  • that I had a meditative action that allowed me to release all that pent up shit
  • that I don't get the crazies often, but when I do it's like an inner freight train that's jumped the tracks
  • that yesterday Norris celebrated 24 years of sobriety
  • that Bunny is entering the terrible teenager period. I will find some gratitude in that, somewhere.

The easiest way to save face is to keep the lower half shut.--Anon

BEAUTIFUL pic! and I get up most mornings lately and ask God to keep my mouth shut, most importantly. : ) I'm glad I'm not alone!
