IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

Yesterday is but a dream, tomorrow is but a vision. But today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness & every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore, to this day.~Sanskrit Proverb

Today I am grateful...
  • for the inherent power in someone speaking their truth
  • for Amy sharing her powerful story yesterday
  • for my loved ones, here and there
  • that if I swim with the flow my arms get less tired
  • that by letting my mind rest on a firm middle ground the less crazy I get
  • that my personality is appropriate to me

What I can't do today is irrelevant. I can think or feel whatever I want to and that's a powerful realization. ~from Keepers of the Wisdom

there are some strange little symbols in the final sentences you have posted

are these from a 4th microcosm?

I have gratitude for your positive posts. If I allow myself, I can see something that I need to hear and apply to my life, just for today.

Nice list.

The music I have is Gustavo Santaolalla and is called "Iguazu". YOu can get it off the movie "The Insider" soundtrack. He also just won the Academy Award for the score for "Brokeback Mountain". I love his use of typical Argentine gaucho instruments. Hypnotic and beautiful. Even more so when seen with the movie "The Insider" which also features another favorite artist of mine, Lisa Gerrard.

This is an awesome list. They seriously POPPED out to me, and I really like it when that happens.
These especially stood out:
*for the inherent power in someone speaking their truth
*that by letting my mind rest on a firm middle ground the less crazy I get
*that my personality is appropriate to me
