Today I am grateful...
- that there are shadows of many kinds. That as a recovering alcoholic I don't have to live in them any longer. (That's Dave in the above photo, in shadow because we were inside.)
- to have seen Boston celebrate yesterday
- that I got my Bush's Last Day bumpersticker
- that at seven weeks old Bunny is well behaved. Last night's visit with Jim and Randall went well, and Pinkerton (the Cornish Rex) just sniffed at him a bit and went back to bed.
- for 99 cent stuffed animals at the 99 cent store (is there a cent symbol on this keyboard?)
- for ALL the freedoms sobriety and recovery give me
It was once said that the moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; and those who are in the shadows of life, the sick, the needy and the handicapped. ~Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey

I think I'm taking off my word verification soon.
I still see you,
JJ
I love hearing about your stories with bunny, I think you should make a book about it, with pics of him and everything!
Bush's last day...now this made me smile.
