One of the most important parts of the A.A. program is to give our drink problem to God honestly and fully and never to reach out and take the problem back to ourselves. If we let God have it and keep it for good and then cooperate with Him, we'll stay sober. ~24 Hours a Day

Today I am grateful...

• that I was able to help Barbara get a picture of her beloved Astro onto her blog
• that gone are the days of just surviving until 5:30 pm to make the pain go away
• that I haven't climbed a fence in at least 4 decades
• that I automatically keep coming back
• that I get to lead the 12:15 speaker meeting this month...today we hear from Jay F
• that the only thing I miss about my drinking days are the extremely vivid dreams I had
