Today I am grateful...
- for a new fellow Houston recovery blogger, Lambdette 747. Go say hello!
- to have finally seen Brokeback Mountain yesterday. It was okay. I liked it a little. I have mixed feelings surrounding a mainstream film about gay men portrayed by straight men, knowing that if the actors had been openly gay it would not have been accepted as it has.
- that someone got the kitty punched
- for the satisfaction of capturing someone's idea on paper (a CD cover for the Go Go Boys)
- that I do not usually have to do grocery shopping on Sunday afternoon. Yesterday it was hateful, just way too many people.
- for another day of recovery from the bondage of alcoholism
