Today I am grateful...
- for this incredibly mild winter weather
- that I was able to get my eyes examined yesterday and will have my new lenses Friday afternoon
- for the phone call from So last night while her computer is in the shop
- for Joe D's story yesterday. He didn't give us much of the drunkalog, instead told how it came to be that he found the rooms of AA and how his recovery has changed his life.
- for the security and freedom my program has afforded me
- that there are no written tests in AA (other than the 4th and 8th steps, of course)
Your soul is Me, and it knows it. What it is doing, is trying to experience that. And what it is remembering is that the best way to have this experience is by not doing anything. There is nothing to do but to be.

My pea brain is having a difficult time with that last quote.
hmmm missed the quote... was thinkng about sopeakers who get right to the niddy griddy recovery! Its a tough balance, you need some drunk-o-log to get newcomers to relate... and frm expeirence, I stay "drunk" too long in my story, and time is almost up when I get to recovery... LOL I did better this last time... but as always soo much more I want to say... oh I guess I went off there huh... :)
