Today I am grateful...
- that when I came back into the rooms of AA I surrendered the fight. I was able to admit and accept that I was completely powerless over alcohol. That led to insight and eventual acceptance that I was also powerless over people, places and things.
- for last night's birthday and New Year's Eve celebrations
- that I made it to the 9:30 meeting this morning after taking forever to fall asleep last night
- that the phone keeps ringing. and I can't get this list finished so I can let it go as it is and...
