That's Randall's cat Pinkerton. He was sitting in my lap and I was trying to get a good picture of him and he yawned and the flash didn't go off. I photoshopped it a bit. I like it because he is the calmest cat I have ever known. Above is another shot of him in a calm moment.

I am trying to figure out a couple of things. Number one, why and how this image was captured, and why do you like it?
For me, it is all about the colors, which are totally cool.
