Today I am grateful...
- that I can give of myself with a smile
- to have visited with old workplace friends yesterday
- that I don't live in NYC when there is a transit strike
- for today's reading in the book Twenty-Four Hours a Day (read it here, scroll down to today's reading)
- that JJ survived a fearful moment, took care of herself and let things be
- for the great seventh step meeting led by Rodney yesterday
- that I do a seventh step every day
- for the Inner Wisdom cards by Wayne Dyer, given to me by Nell, and the one I dealt for today which is pictured top and bottom
It is a denial of His care and protection.--24 Hours a Day

I wish it were so easy to disolve my fears! That is one of my worse character defects. SOmething I must work on moment by moment, and turn it over.
