Our relationship with ourselves is the most important relationship we need to maintain. The quality of that relationship will determine the quality of our other relationships.
Today I am grateful...
- that when we can tell ourselves how we feel, and accept our feelings, we can tell others
- that when we can accept what we want and need, we will be ready to have our wants and needs met
- that when we can accept what we think and believe, and accept what's important to us, we can relay this to others
- that when we learn to take ourselves seriously, others will too
- that when we learn to chuckle at ourselves, we will be ready to laugh with others
- that when we have learned to trust ourselves, we will be trustworthy and ready to trust
- that when we can be grateful for who we are, we will have achieved self-love
- that when we have achieved self-love and accepting our wants and needs, we will be ready to give and receive love
- that when we've learned to stand on our own two feet, we're ready to stand next to someone

Beautiful list, as always.
I wrote my post with you in mind today, and love your answer about the glass not being big enough. I can see from your daily posts, that you practice this in your own life. Awesome!
Good Morning Sweetheart,
I believe the name of the show was "Saving Carrick" about a girl named Carrick who became an addicted and her parents attempts at helping her. What I found really fastinating was both of her parents are recovering alcoholics and she had been attending meetings with them since she was five. I just so know....I never want to go back there.
Love you bro,
JJ
PS: Here is the link and bring on the pictures. I miss so much fun not being in Houston.
