90 DAYS
On June 30th I asked my Higher Power to remove the craving for nicotine, to take away the physical habit and resolved to do whatever it took for me to overcome that addiction. Today I can celebrate my life as a non-smoker.
And congratulations to my sister, So, as today is her 16th day as a non-smoker.

So
Yeah, Scott...90 days, one day at a time is awesome.
My daughter quit smoking yesteday. I went to spend some time with her, and remembered the times when I had tried to stop. Thankully, it is ll years, and will be 12 on November 17th for me if I make it!
Congrats. to your sister as well...
My hats off to you bro. I still smoke away. I'm proud of you and I LOVE YOU. Are you going to show skin tomorrow. I think I am.
Woooohooo Go Scott! 90 days is awesome!!! keep going one day at a time.... I asked my HP to grant me the willingness to stop smoking in june 04, and I have yet to smoke... one of the things that has really helped me, is a good friend of mine said, When you have a craving, remember, you wont always feel like this... and that helped me... Congrats! and sis too for 16 days as a non smoker
Congratulations to both of you!
Congratulations to both of you. For me, nicotine was harder than alcohol but it sounds like you two are handling it well. It feels so good to be free from the cigarettes! Blessings to both of you.
Good job! I remember when I quit, the first time I noticed a difference was getting out of my car to go into the grocery store- I could smell the food at the mexican restaurant. I mean, I could smell it in a new way. I went right over there and burnt the crap out of my mouth putting on the same amount of hot sauce I used when I was smoking...heheheh. I noticed two new differences in the space of an hour. I liked the first difference better!
