IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

Today I am grateful...
  • that I got off the merry-go-round
  • that I no longer gag when I am brushing my teeth
  • for digital cameras
  • that some change comes easily while other changes take my full concentration to trust and let go
  • for clippings from Don K
  • that the steps help me cross the ocean of ignorance
  • for whatever it is that is letting me share with greater ease

Reflect upon your present blessings, of which every man has plenty; not on your past misfortunes of which all men have some. --Charles Dickens

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow. --Melody Beattie

I love the Gratitude paragraph. I'm grateful you included it.

Sounds as if Dickens had a program and did not know it.

These days, I have been reflecting upon the fact that my life today is so full of blessings, that sometimes I look at what I do not have raher than what I do and fail to be grateful for each and every one of them.

Have a good day,my friend!

Now the first two on the list are things I am currently VERY grateful for, especially the second for some reason. I never worked out why that happened but am so glad its stopped!
