Today I am grateful...

• for prayers for my sister as she has her angiogram this morning and possible minor surgery to correct a blockage
• that I pretty much have the choice as to how my day will proceed
• that one bad behavioral incident yesterday doesn't have to be repeated. Why does driving bring up the worst in me sometimes? Arrgghhhhh
• for 660 days of sobriety from alcohol and 70 days as a non-smoker. I am astonished at both these numbers!
• for the increasingly playful moods Randall has been having
