Today I am grateful...

• for another sober Friday
• that a lot of stuff that used to give me the crazies now just rolls off my back
• that Jean left the new A&F poster in my door yesterday when I was in the shower
• that Randall walked across (!) the room last night without a walker or a cane
• that my spirituality only got dusty all those years it sat on the shelf
• that my program of AA puts a nice shine on my old spirituality, nurtures it and lets it grow
