- to not fester resentments like I used to
 - for proof that most people will smile at you if you smile at them first
 - for the walk around the hospital wing with Randall and his physical therapist
 - that my Higher Power understands
 - for the 12th step that brought me back into the program
 - that I don't have to experience that dreaded feeling before school resumed after summer vacation
 - that for some reason, being a non-smoker I need less sleep

I admire your list. And it is true, not smoking does give us more energy. When I first quit, being the addictive personality I am, I replaced it by something else: daily exercise. Eleven years later, I am still walking every day.
Congratulations. You work such a great program, Scott!
Kentucky had schools?
Ha ha Higher Power.........guess what! We even have phones and just last week we started wearing shoes. My, we have come a long way! hahahahaha
So
I thought Kentucky was just about chickens
am not very well travelled as you can see. I like your list, not sure about the less sleep 4me though. I certainly dont wake up with a fur coat on my tongue thank god.
Hi Scott!
I've missed you!
Everything about life is better when smoking is not involved. And your gratitude lists are great; the smiling thing is the hardest one for me, but I'm working on it. Thanks again.
Ahhhhhh damn, I'm still smoking away.
