- for last night's birthday celebration at Lambda Center. We had 33 celebrants with close to 337 years of sobriety (amended by Dave U)
- for the palpable feeling of love in the big room
- that I got to sit between my sponsor and my sponsee and near many friends
- that the program of AA can reunite many with their families, many family members were in attendance last night
- to be moved to tears by Mike describing his perfect day in which nothing spectacular happened other than being able to have his life with his three children and his partner
- for the sharing of experience, strength and hope tinged with humor
- to absolutely marvel at how the program of AA works to bring together those who have suffered, help them heal themselves and reach out to those who still suffer
- that through surrender I can win
- for last night's rain on the roof
