Today I am grateful...
- for morning communion
- for the memories of Frances, Sherry and Smiley's basement apartment at MSU triggered by hearing Minnie Ripperton
- for all those I know and continue to meet born in 1954
- that Sandy and I both agreed that we look different than a year ago
- that I changed my residence, but did not have to change any people--instead I got to add some special souls to my network
- that as long as I continue to stay spiritually fit my old demons stay at bay
- to wonder, as my head clears, if my brain will ever catch up
- for instant messaging
- that time heals many wounds
