All the problems you face today are going to go away, unless you worry them to stay.
Problems like worry. Worry is a magnet for them. If you just "let it be," the current worrisome condition will not even be part of your life a short time from now.
If you worry enough about it, however, you can be sure it will stick around. So, just do your best around all this...then turn it over to God. Yes? ~I Believe God Wants You to Know

thanks for the reminder :) today started out stressful for me, our family had all these great plans for Memorial day and then of course, it rained. after a little time pouting I hopped in the shower and laid down...yes it's weird, but sometimes it's relaxing and the only quiet place I can get in a house with my husband, two young daughters, two crazy dogs, etc! I just wanted to listen to myself "not think" for a while and then I prayed for God to guide my thoughts and actions. I turned it over to him. And sure enough, we made it through the day, and its all good :) glad to have found your blog!
man I just left a whole great or what I considered to be great comment thanking you for the step three reminder...and now it's gone? Maybe God didn't think it was so great and decided I needed to turn it over to him? LOL. anyway, so glad to have found your blog :)
Good advice Scott. Thanks for posting it.
Yes, most definitely.
Wonderful to hear from you!
I'm going to show this one to Steph. Everyone can learn from it.
A wonderful reminder. I have this great tendency... to worry.... your post reminded me gently that I do indeed have a choice...
It is easier said than done to not let worry invade your thoughts. This is where serenity comes in. Feeling calm is something to be continually striven for but the reality is it is often not possible.
Thank you so much for the advice. I think most people spend a great portion of their lives worrying. It is something that can't be avoided. However when worry takes over your life, having a mantra like "turn it over" can help break its never ending cycle. Learning balance is hard for addicts. Thanks again for the reminder.
Hi. One of my rare days of blog surfing and I picked a good one.
Loved today's quote and the previous
quotes from the "24 Hours a Day".
Love this. Worry is a big problem in my life at times. I need to let go. Thanks for the insight!!!
