Every human being, no matter what his attributes for good or evil, is a part of the divine spiritual economy. ~Bill W
Today I am grateful...
- that gratitude prepares me to accept the next thing, comfortable or uncomfortable
- that my Higher Power has shown me how to walk a path that used to scare the bejebus out of me
- that when I was able to let go, instead of falling, I was raised up
- for the ability to trust and do the next right, loving thing
- that life just keeps getting gooder and gooder
Your own alcoholism and the immense deflation that finally resulted are indeed the foundation upon which your spiritual experience rests. ~Bill W
I am prepared for the unusual; I expect the confusion of life; I revel in God's reflected difference within creation: variety and the acceptance of variety is part of my joy in living. The adventure we find in life reflects our adventure in God. ~Fr. Leo

Hey Scott... You raise me up...
Great post from a great guy!
Love ya!
Well, at least now I know how to spell bejebus.
Wow! It's like taking in highly concentrated wisdom! I don't understand everything you shared, but it's started me thinking.
Thanks, Scott!
Peace out!
Kari
Scott Dahlink, If I wrote gooder and gooder, Mrs. Ermel would raise up out of her grave/urn/whatever and bop me on the head. (Sr. English Teacher) That's probably why I have a headache this PM from all the Ain'ts I used in this weeks postings. HA! LUV YA!!
i often have a hard time with that top quote. i often forget that people who "annoy" me are my biggest teachers.
